Organization

Our client is a leading international company in the FMCG market. The CRM consultant is part of the international ‘CRM Centre of Excellence’ based in the Netherlands, a team which delivers global CRM application implementation services to internal customers in countries all over the world. This team consists of many nationalities and is known for a very informal yet professional way of working.

Function

As a CRM Consultant, you will work on full cycle CRM implementation (Siebel) services for internal clients on a global scale, but also support updates for already existing clients. Together with your project manager, you will travel an estimated 1 week per month to other countries such as Greece, the UK, the USA, Morocco and Australia to work with the local CRM support team on the implementation of the CRM application. Based on your level of experience you will have more freedom and responsibility to work independent on full cycle implementations, but always under supervision of the project manager. The role of CRM consultant is mainly a very functional, business-oriented position, which does not require hands-on experience in customizing CRM solutions. However, since you are working with different international teams on their local CRM solutions, it is required to have a good understanding of best practices in CRM, of requirement analysis, application development, application testing, data migration and integration. During the project you will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation cycle, including workshops with local business representatives, documentation of the process, recommendation of opportunities for business process improvements and synergy, standardization and cost savings. You are also involved in the setup of key user trainings programs. After the successful roll-out of a project, you ensure an effective handover of the project to the local CRM support team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with implementing CRM software applications;
  • Education on B.Sc of M.Sc. level;
  • Willing to travel (approximately 1 week per month);
  • Proficient in spoken and written English;
  • (Eligible for) a valid permanent working permit for the Netherlands.
