Position for team lead CRM, managing the application maintenance team in a dynamic international market.Organization
Our client is a leading international company in the FMCG market. The CRM consultant is part of the international ‘CRM Centre of Excellence’ based in the Netherlands, a team which delivers global CRM application implementation services to internal customers in countries all over the world. This team consists of many nationalities and is known for a very informal yet professional way of working.Function
As Team Lead CRM you will be responsible for managing a team of some 5 - 7 IS specialists, responsible for maintenance of the CRM application environment. You are responsible for all operational management tasks of the team including setting of priorities and assignment of tasks and responsibilities concerning the CRM application (Siebel), but also for appraisal and team development tasks. You will also be responsible for defining, maintaining and enforcing procedures to keep the group applications and the data safe. This includes ensuring that backup and DR procedures are maintained by the team, as well as operational management of data center activities to ensure maximum performance and availitbilty of all IS systems. You will also be developing training programs to (key) users and be involved in actual training sessions within the user environment.Requirements
- Education on B.Sc of M.Sc. level;
- At least 3 years relevant experience with maintenance or implementation of CRM software applications;
- Experience as team lead or a similar position;
- Experience with Siebel is a plus;
- Willing to travel (approximately 1 week per month);
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
