An opportunity exists in our IT Department for a Test support specialist.

Function

Manage and ensure the execution of IT testing activities, according to valid test procedures, methods and defined regulations, within defined time plans and quality standards and in close consultation with the development teams and projects. Roles Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders;
• Align with overall IT planning and specific project planning;
• Define test plan (plan, do, check, act);
• Ensure alignment with overall IT and specific project planning;
• Write and/or coordinate test data, test scripts and lifecycles making sure to consider reusability;
• Co-develop, document and communicate test procedures;
• Identify improvements in the test environment and translate this into actions, after approval of the Manager create and execute formal sign off and acceptance with customers and involved IT departments for changes execute test scripts and methods;
• Execute integrity and control of the test process in IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• 5 years experience in a testing capacity;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in leasing or financial services with an intimate knowledge of how DLL does business and has had experience within either DLL Business Units or Business Support a plus;
• Is familiar with an international, multi-cultural environment;
• Excellent written and communications skills;
• Substantial knowledge of business and IT processes;
• Good knowledge of test methods;
• Must be able to signal weaknesses in the process and escalate errors in software/hardware.
