An opportunity exists in the IT Department for a Manager Services Acces Controls.

Function

Formulate, implement and monitor a yearly servcie delivery plan in alignment with the business requried servcies. Manage the delivery of IT services within the defined area (Service Delivery,Service Strategy, Customer Advocacy),. Has a both depth and breadth of knowledge in the requried IT services. Manages a cross funtional team consisting of one or more of the following: developers, service experts, operations analysts and service strategists, help desk analsyst, communciation analysts. Roles Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development/service delivery plan based on stability, risk and business needs. Develops resource forecast plan to align services to budgeted resource levels and availability;
• Plan, structure, organize, manage and control the service delivery’s organization, processes, staff compliant with corporate policies, in such a way that the plan and objectives are achieved;
• Optimize processes, products and services within one’s own service area, in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Services department;
• Develop, implement and monitor a quality system within one’s own service area, in line with existing quality systems, in order to assure services are delivered within standard and with the highest quality;
• Ensure the development, monitoring and analysis of performance on KPIs and metrics and ensure periodic and ad hoc reporting for senior IT Supply Management, in order to take preventive and or corrective actions and provide management information as a basis for decision making;
• Ensure the design and execution of the IT service delivery processes with regard to the functionalities of applications and infrastructure services as well as assure the quality of applications and infrastructure services, in line with customer needs, procedures and guidelines, in order to have a basis for the development of applications and infrastructure services and to ensure an optimal performance of applications and infrastructure services.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field of study;
• Must have 4+ years of experience within access and controls including change management processes and management;
• 10 years of experience in the technology profession;
• Experience with access control, validation technologies, authorisation technologies;
• Establishing the operation;
• Fluent speaking and writing in English;
• Experience that aligns to appropriate area on skill matrix;
• Experience focusing on executing the described activities for a known, relative similar set of services and solutions;
• Experience interacting with others, changing behavior and creation of the right business climate.
