An opportunity exists in our IT Department for a Support Analyst, Vendor Finance.

Function

Responsible for maintaining production applications. Responible for Break/Fix Analysis and fix development and implementation to ensure production applications are available as defined by the SLA. Roles Responsibilities

• Align documented technical specifications to business requirements;
• Create traceability from fix recommendation generation through to Test Case execution;
• Ensure that analysis is compliant with IT standards and requirements;
• Fix is aligned to application designed requirements and designs;
• Testing activities validate quality and alignment to requirements;
• Identify opportunities for software improvement;
• Take preventive or corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent 7 years relevant experience;
• Must have 2+ years experience supporting @Once Finance Europe, Variable Billing, OLCS, ECT, Dealer Fianancing, Websites, Web Calculators;
• Must have both functional and technical knowledge and capabilities.
