SAP HCM/Success Factors Specialist – Amsterdam region

Very interesting projects are about to be launched in the upcoming period of time and you are given the task at hand to make sure all projects are smoothly transitioned into the support environment. Who you are? You are the ambitious, talented and social SAP HCM/Success Factors Specialist we are looking for.
As SAP HCM/Success Factors Specialist you are the Guardian of the SAP Galaxy. You make sure common, standardized designs are implemented into the Template Solution. You don’t receive your responsibilities, you take them. By doing so you are capable of managing the SAP Solution throughout its entire lifecycle. You build relationships with the key-user network and ensure all change requests (big and small) are monitored, available and stable for deployment. On a daily basis you report your findings, whats next in making sure the business solution is healthy?
Your expertise is mainly towards SAP in the HR environment using SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors and general standards for the SharePoint and Portal areas and you enjoy being part of a team.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher);
- 5+ years of experience (or 2-4 with Master degree) in a similar position;
- Fluent in English;
- Expert knowledge on SAP HCM, HR and SF;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge on Sharepoint and Portals.
