As the Service Coordinator Development and Testing you are constantly making sure the services are constantly improving. You develop the strategy, make sure the quality is up to (your) high standards and know how to translate this towards various global teams to be successfully executed. As born leader you know exactly how to build relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external. You know your way around the business because you know how IT is affecting the business.
Besides managing the releases you are working on making sure the organisation is fully utilising the possibilities coming from the standardisation. You prioritise the changes and assess their impact for your business counterparts. Not a single day will be the same as the one before, but everyday you and your colleagues will be delivering something better for tomorrow.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree;
- Experienced with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL);
- Experienced working with SAP Custom Code Life Cycle Management;
- Development knowledge on SAP ABAP (or Java/.NET);
- Affinity with Software Testing (HP QC, Worksoft or Qualibrate);
- Preferably experienced with managing a Development Centre;
- Professional experience in Cloud and ERP environments (SAP, JDE, MS Navision);
- Good knowledge on software delivery life cycles;
- International experience;
- Fluent in English.
